Day 1: ARRIVE BELGRADE
Welcome to Serbia!
On arrival at Belgrade Airport, you will be met and transferred to your hotel. The capital of Serbia, Belgrade is one of the oldest cities in Europe. This “white city” is well known for its various architectural styles, dynamic history and fantastic views of one of the biggest river confluences, the Danube and the Sava, in the whole of Europe.
On your way to the hotel sit back, relax and enjoy the sights of New Belgrade with its prominent ‘blocks’ – a classic example of Socialist architecture, built after World War II – and modern business centres, including the imposing Ušće Tower.

Day 2: BELGRADE | PANORAMIC CITY TOUR
Today, embark on a Panoramic Tour around Belgrade,
Start the tour visiting the Museum of Yugoslav History, a memorial complex devoted to the life and deeds of Josip Broz Tito, the political leader of Yugoslavia. Pass by the stadium of FC Red Star and proceed to the Temple of Saint Sava, Belgrade’s patron saint. Enjoy a panoramic tour from Slavija Square up to the Republic Square. See the National Theatre and National Museum in Central Belgrade and head to the lively Knez Mihailo Street. Stop to visit the Orthodox Cathedral Church. Continue on to Kalemegdan Park and Belgrade Fortress, the most important cultural-historic complex of the city, situated on the confluence of the rivers Sava and Danube.

Day 3: BELGRADE | ŠARGAN EIGHT – WOODEN-TOWN | ZLATIBOR (250KMS – 3.5HRS)
Today morning, check out and travel to Zlatibor enroute visit Sargan Eight and the Wooden Town.
Head west towards the picturesque Ovčar-Kablar Gorge and continue on to Tara National Park. Enjoy a ride onboard the authentic, retro ‘Nostalgia’ train which runs along the narrow-gauge heritage railway, Šargan Eight. Travelling from the bottom of Šargan mountain on a route shaped like the number eight (hence the name) marvel at the mountain scenery and numerous tunnels and viaducts.
Continue to the ethnic village Drvengrad (Wooden Town), built by prominent movie director Emir Kusturica. The village, which includes the Mećavnik Hotel, houses, galleries, shops, a cinema and a church and is made of natural materials, mostly wood.
Later drive to the famous Zlatibor Mountain, home of the first royal resort in Serbia. Rest of the day is free to enjoy a relaxing walk around the quaint town centre of this picturesque air spa. Overnight.
Tonight, enjoy a traditional Serbian dinner at the hotel.

Day 4: ZLATIBOR | ENROUTE VIŠEGRAD | SARAJEVO (200KMS – 3HRS)
Today, check out of the hotel and travel to Sarajevo, enroute visit Visegrad.
Travel to Višegrad, to see Andrićgrad also known as the Stone Town. It is a cultural centre with numerous buildings and facilities built on the banks of the Drina River near the famous bridge (a monument under the protection of UNESCO). In Andrićgrad, stop for lunch at an unusual restaurant called Zlatna Moruna, the interior of which is decorated with frescoes by well-known artist Bisenija Tereščenko. (lunch cost not included).
Continue to Sarajevo, the capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina, a compact city on the Miljacka River, famous for its intriguing architectural medley, vibrant street life and irrepressible spirit.

Day 5: SARAJEVO
This morning, embark on a Sarajevo Sightseeing Tour.
On this tour visit the Vijećnica or Sarajevo City Hall, the old downtown of the city called Baščaršija; the historical and cultural centre of Sarajevo with authentic shops and souqs from the Ottoman era; the Orthodox Church; the Gazi Husrev-bey mosque; and the Sahat Tower. Next head on to the Latin Bridge where Gavrilo Princip shot the successor to the Austro-Hungarian throne Franz Ferdinand, consequently starting the First World War. After crossing the bridge, reach Bezistan, a market complex, and then on to see the Sarajevo Synagogue and the Catholic cathedral.

Day 6: SARAJEVO | DAY TRIP TO MOSTAR
Embark on a Day trip to Mostar.
Drive to one of the most beautiful cities of the Balkan Peninsula, Mostar. During the walking tour, visit the symbol of the city – the Old Bridge (a UNESCO protected landmark). Also see the Koski Mehmed Pasha Mosque, the Crooked Bridge and the old tanner’s quarter Tabhana. Spend some free time in Mostar before proceeding to Blagaj, an old town from the 15th century. During the short tour, enjoy the view of the monastery located in a fairy-tale environment, beneath the cliffs, on the shores of the emerald green river Buna.
After the tour, return to Sarajevo.

All bookings must be made in writing. Your booking will be confirmed almost immediately in most cases. A deposit of EUR 250 nett per person must be received 7 days after confirmation latest, at which time an invoice will be issued showing deposit received. The balance is due 35 days prior to tour departure. If deposit is not received, the booking will be assumed cancelled. For late booking (less than 35 days prior to departure), full payment is required at the time of booking. |

Hotels, restaurants, motor coaches, mini buses, vans are not equipped with wheelchair ramps. We cannot provide individual assistance to a tour member for walking, dining, getting on/off, transportation vehicles or other personal needs. While every effort is made to reserve twin bedded rooms, it may happen that a hotel provide some double bedded instead or v.v. |
Our standard practise is double bed room will be allocated to couples. Triple share rooms are generally based on an extra rollaway bed, which is not always suitable for adults. Please note that standard policy is that hotel rooms are available for check-in after 1400hrs. A request for early check-in needs to be advised in advance (subject to availability). |

In case that guest cannot find the arrival transfer / driver at Dubrovnik or Zagreb Airports, they have to call emergency contact number in the travel documents.
