Day 1: ARRIVE PRAGUE | FOLKLORE EVENING WITH MUSIC AND DINNER (OPTIONAL)

Welcome to Czech Republic! On arrival at Prague Airport, you will be met and transferred to your hotel. Prague the Capital City of the Czech Republic lies on the banks of the Vltava River. Nicknamed “the City of a Hundred Spires”, it is known for its Old Town Square, Gothic Churches and the medieval Astronomical Clock. The evening is free OR take an Optional tour of Folklore evening with music and dinner. Get to know local traditions, folk music and dancing during the folklore show with dinner in a Czech restaurant with unlimited consumption of beer and wine. Overnight stay in PRAGUE Meal: -

Day 2: PRAGUE | CITY TOUR OF PRAGUE WITH PRAGUE CASTLE AND BOAT CRUISE

This morning, proceed for a City Tour of Prague with Prague Castle and Boat Cruise. Starting on the Wenceslas Square where an air-conditioned bus will take you to the most known places in Prague, such as the National Museum, Dancing House and all the way to the Prague Castle. From there continue by foot to Mala Strana and Kampa, Charles Bridge and Old Town Square with the famous Astronomical Clock, and the Jewish Quarter. Later take a boat cruise on the Vltava River, where we will enjoy an unforgettable view of the Prague Castle, the National Theatre in Prague and other gems. The whole excursion ends at the Dvorak Embankment near the Czech Bridge. Overnight stay in PRAGUE Meal: Breakfast

Day 3: PRAGUE – VIENNA | ENROUTE VISIT CESKY KRUMLOV | (380KMS – 5HRS)

This morning travel to Vienna, enroute, take a brief stop for an orientation tour of Cesky Krumlov. (NOTE: Only Private tours include an orientation tour of Cesky Krumlov, enroute). Český Krumlov, in Bohemia’s deep south, is one of the most picturesque towns in Europe. It’s a little like Prague in miniature – a UNESCO World Heritage Site with a stunning castle above the Vltava River, an old town square, Renaissance and baroque architecture – but all on a smaller scale; you can walk from one side of town to the other in 20 mins. On arrival at Vienna, proceed and check into your hotel and relax. Vienna, Austria’s capital city, offers a unique blend of imperial traditions and stunning modern architecture. It is famous for its imperial sights, coffee houses, cosy wine taverns, and a very special Viennese charm. Overnight stay in VIENNA Meal: Breakfast

Day 4: VIENNA | CITY TOUR WITH SCHONBRUNN PALACE | SCHONBRUNN PALACE CONCERT (OPTIONAL)

This morning, enjoy a City Tour of Vienna with entrance to the Schonbrunn Palace Admire Vienna’s impressive sites on a panoramic tour. See all the main sights and attractions along the grand Ringstrasse. Enjoy a skip the line access to the Schonbrunn Palace, the magnificent summer residence of the Habsburg dynasty. Spend the evening exploring the city on your own, OR we recommend you take an optional tour of Entrance Tickets to Schonbrunn Palace Concerts. Listen to some of the most marvellous overtures, arias and duets from the operas of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. "Le Nozze di Figaro", "Die Zauberflöte" and "Don Giovanni" to name a few. The orchestra is accompanied by two opera singers, a soprano and a baritone, and two ballet-dancers. Overnight stay in VIENNA Meal: Breakfast

Day 5: VIENNA – BUDAPEST (270KMS – 3HRS

Today, continue your journey to Budapest enroute visit Bratislava, Slovenia. (NOTE: Only Private tours include an orientation tour of Bratislava, enroute). Bratislava is a place that has something for everybody. For lovers of history and arts, for admirers of opera or concert virtuosos, you can also find independent authentic culture as well as live multi-genre music in dozens of clubs and music bars. Bratislava is also the city of beer lovers. There are plenty of cosy small breweries located in the Old Town. Continue your journey to Budapest. This city has something for everyone – from dramatic history and flamboyant architecture to healing thermal waters and a nightlife that is unrivalled in Eastern and Central Europe. Day 6: BUDAPEST | CITY TOUR OF BUDAPEST | SZECHENYI THERMAL SPA ENTRANCE TICKETS (OPTIONAL)

In the morning enjoy a City Tour of Budapest with Danube River Cruise Discover all the most important sights in Budapest with your tour guide during the city tour. Let us show you the main attractions on both sides of the River Danube. Walk around the Castle District, enjoy the view from the Citadel and see the top attractions of Pest. After the city tour enjoy a 1-hour river cruise on the Danube and see the sites of Budapest from a different perspective. Spend the evening exploring the city on your own. We suggest you take an optional tour of Szechenyi Thermal Spa. Immerse yourself in the thermal baths located in the heart of Budapest and take part in a Hungarian tradition dating back over a century. Overnight stay in BUDAPEST Meal: Breakfast

Day 7: DEPART BUDAPEST

Seaview and lakeview rooms (if available) will incur a supplementary charge.
If any of these properties are unavailable at the time of booking, accommodation of a similar grade will be provided and a surcharge may apply.

BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

BOOKING AND DEPOSIT

All bookings must be made in writing. Your booking will be confirmed almost immediately in most cases. A deposit of EUR 250 nett per person must be received 7 days after confirmation latest, at which time an invoice will be issued showing deposit received. The balance is due 35 days prior to tour departure. If deposit is not received, the booking will be assumed cancelled. For late booking (less than 35 days prior to departure), full payment is required at the time of booking.

BOOKING CONFIRMATION

Upon receipt of the booking (filled in with all necessary information), we will send you our written confirmation. As per the written confirmation we guarantee all services as mentioned in our programme.

TRAVELLERS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS

Any disability requiring special attention must be reported at the time of booking. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate to the special needs of the disabled guest, However, we are not responsible for any denial of services by service providers.

Hotels, restaurants, motor coaches, mini buses, vans are not equipped with wheelchair ramps. We cannot provide individual assistance to a tour member for walking, dining, getting on/off, transportation vehicles or other personal needs. Travellers who need assistance must be accompanied by a qualified and physically able companion.

ACCOMMODATIONS

The hotels specified are based on local classifications, which vary from country to country. Hotels mentioned will be used, If changes become necessary for any reason, substitute hotel will be of similar standard. While every effort is made to reserve twin bedded rooms, it may happen that a hotel provide some double bedded instead or v.v.

Our standard practise is double bed room will be allocated to couples. Triple share rooms are generally based on an extra rollaway bed, which is not always suitable for adults. Please note that standard policy is that hotel rooms are available for check-in after 1400hrs. A request for early check-in needs to be advised in advance (subject to availability).

LOCAL HOLIDAYS

During national holidays certain facilities (museums, restaurants, sightseeing tours and shopping) may be limited or unavailable. Alternatives will be offered whenever possible.

LUGGAGE

Porterage is not included in the price. No responsibility is accepted for loss or damage to baggage or passenger’s belonging.


TRAVEL DOCUMENTS & VISA REQUIREMENTS
No responsibility is accepted for loss of or damage to travel documents or any of passenger’s belongings. Croatia (single entry) visa is required we suggest you to check with Consulate / Embassy for updated visa requirements. Securing visa is the responsibility of booking agent.

REFUNDS FOR UNUSED SERVICES
No refunds will be made for any unused services once travel arrangements have commenced. In case that guest cannot find the arrival transfer / driver at Dubrovnik or Zagreb Airports, they have to call emergency contact number in the travel documents. Any complaints while travelling should be made immediately to local representative, will try out utmost best to resolve any disputes.
